Experience

HDI engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance personnel have the experience that results from many years of involvement with custom heater maufacturing. From sophisticated aerospace heaters to low-cost appliance elements in quantities from one to one million pieces, HDI understands and responds to each customer's needs, whether for innovative solutions to performance problems or for improved economy.

Versatility

HDI designs and manufacturers heaters for a broad spectrum of applications, producing both wire and etched foil elements in simple or complex configurations for use from cryogenic temperatures to 650ºC (1200ºF).

Heaters may be vulcanized directly to customer supplied parts or supplied with pressure sensitive adhesive. Velcro® or other fasteners are available for heaters requiring easy installation and removal.

Capability

The HDI manufacturing facility is fully equipped to support high volume and maintain high quality heater production.

Our large silk screen printers, wide etchers, dielectric and ultrasonic sealing machines, steel rule die presses, and other specialized equipment give HDI the abiltity to deliver heaters of consistent quailty at production rates to meet the needs of both large and small customers.
